Under the expert guidance of Nancy Howard and six firends (Marcis de Rosas, Edith Kindred, Nancy Maher, Ellen O'Sullivan, Mary Shea, and Mary Ann Wedlock), this quilt was completed in two months. This quilt incorporates simple blocks and hand quilting with the ever popular embroidery and hand-dyed silk ribbon. Jeni Buechel's excellent instructions made "Friendship Basket" possible, and it hangs in Mary Ann's shop, The Knittin Kitten, for all to see and enjoy.
